Artist’s Statement

“I believe in beauty for beauty's sake, and the boundless expression of color.”

“I want to create things of delight and spectacle. My goal for any of my paintings is for them to become a precious object. A bright, bold, gem-like thing, all color, all movement and sparkle. To have the pattern and composition of the piece, like fine cutting on a jewel, make the color of the work as brilliant as possible.”
